World No Tobacco Day, 2010

On the occasion of WNTD 2010 a huge show was celebrated at The Ridge Shimla. The Minister for Health & Family Welfare cum Ayurveda Dr. Rajeev Bindal was the chief guest of the event and Mr. suresh Bhardwaj, MLA and formed MP Rajya Sabha was the Chairman of the event. The event was started with the presentation of Dr. Rana J Singh on the status of COTPA,2003 Implementaiton in city. He elaborated that about 94% public places are free with todbacco smoke in Shimla city.
